RSL-Colts strengthened its grip on top spot in the RSL-Pinnington Cup on Saturday as Nathan Jones reached triple figures against CYMS.

In a rare second grade round on synthetic pitches, Colts slumped to 2/5 early on before Josh Smith and Jones combined in a match-changing partnership.
Jones made 111 while Smith made 93 in a brilliant partnership of 214.
The pair guided their side to a total of 8/257 at stumps.

Sam Knaggs was a standout in a day of toil for the Cougars and he finished with 4/46 from 15 after taking a wicket in the second over of the day.
Fellow new ball bowler Campbell Watts (1/42 from 14) soon got in on the act to have the Cougars on top at John McGrath 1 but for more than 50 overs after that it was the Smith and Jones show.
Smith was eventually removed by Knaggs just seven short of a century and he removed Jones in the same over.
CYMS then did well to keep Colts restricted to 8/257 by stumps.
Jones' wasn't the only century on the weekend and it wasn't even the only score of 111.
Michael McCarthy also reached triple figures in South Dubbo's dominant first day against Macquarie at John McGrath 2.
The Hornets, going into the game with just one win to their name, were sent into bat and controlled almost the entire day from first ball to last. McCarthy's ton was the highlight as his side piled on an imposing 359.
After John Byrne (46), Greg Rummans (35), and Justin Knudsen (47) got Souths off to a strong start, McCarthy took his time to get going before lifting the run rate.
McCarthy added 136 for the fifth wicket with Craig Duff (43) before he fell to Mark Scullard for a score of 111 from 83 balls.
Scullard kept working his way through the Hornets' lower order on the way to finishing with 3/46 from 14 overs.
Macquarie used 10 bowlers as things got desperate during McCarthy's knock but outside Scullard, Dave Elder (2/47 from eight) was the only other multiple wicket-taker.
The final wicket fell in the last over of the day, meaning an almighty chase is required from the Blues next weekend.
The final match of the round saw Newtown bat out the day against Rugby at John McGrath 2.
The runs didn't flow quite as freely in the other two matches of the round, but Newtown had a number of players chip in during the day.
After his side won the toss and batted, Adam Davis got his side off to a strong start with a half century.
He made a patient 50 at the top of the order before Kel Blackett and Dwayne Kent continued to keep the runs ticking over.
The Rugby bowlers weren't allowing the Tigers to get away too much but Blackett (43) and Kent (45) helped the score close in on 200.
The lower order continued to chip in and Newtown reached 7/226 at stumps.
Adam Richards (3/44) and Zac Murphy (2/49) worked hard for Rugby all day.
