The inaugural event was held in 2018 with 150 people in attendance and diga.tech organisers say numbers are expected to triple at the August 2019 expo.
Committee member Mick McKenna said the successful feedback from the 2018 expo from sponsors revealed it was a great success and they wanted to come back again.
Created by the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce, the event aims to provide professionals in Dubbo with a better understanding of what is happening in the digital world.
There will be a few changes to this year's event, Mr McKenna said, with the keynote speakers being one of them.

Topics will also change, and will include artificial intelligence, ag tech, e-marketing and more.
"The focus this year is talking about the future of businesses now," Mr McKenna said.
"Last year was the first ever event.. and this year we're excited about going forward."

Mr McKenna said people walked away from the 2018 diga.tech expo with the aim of implementing what they'd heard and learnt form the speakers into their own businesses.
"We had some people who walked away (from the expo) implementing things the very next day," he said.
The 2019 diga.tech expo will be held on August 20.
The vent is again being held at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre and will run from 10am to 430pm.
