A NSW Police Media spokeswoman said police went to Cootes Park and Raines Place in Orange about 9.50pm after receiving reports of shots being fired in Glenroi Park.
“Four males were seen in the area with firearms,” she said.
“Central West Police District officers conducted a search of the area but did not locate the males.
“No one was injured,” the spokeswoman said.
