Naked Wholefoods will be opening next door to Piccolo’s on William, and will complement the popular William Street cafe with self-serve and buy-by-the-weight options for purchasing goods.
It allows the customer to purchase goods in paper bags or bring their own containers from home.
- Naked Wholefoods manager Sophie Wright
“It allows the customer to purchase goods in paper bags or bring their own containers from home,” Naked Wholefoods manager Sophie Wright said.
Along with sustainable methods of shopping, Naked Wholefoods will answer the call of many Piccolo’s customers who commonly ask for recipes.
“We’re going to do recipe cards for some of Piccolo’s favourite menu items, which will allow customers to come in next door and get all the ingredients they need,” Ms Wright said.
The store will target those who are looking to commit to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, and will cater for a wide variety of specialty diets such as gluten free, vegan, raw vegan and ketogenic.
