And to add a lighter element there has also been some thought go into hot cross buns … but more on that in a minute.
In the world of politics we are taking another step towards the 2019 State Election which will be held at the end of March.
And our question to you is: What would you like to know from our candidates? The Daily Liberal will put together a series of questions for the candidates to answer, and send them out to each of them. But first, we thought we would ask you what you wanted to know.
If you have a question for our candidates please email lynn.rayner@fairfaxmedia.com.au for consideration.
Over to new businesses it was great to report on the new brewery earlier in the week, and also we have noticed the scaffolding going up around the old Telstra exchange as work starts there. We’ve also heard a few things about a new bar. Stay tuned for those stories in the coming weeks – we are chasing them up for you.
And hot cross buns. I told you I would end on a lighter note.
What are your thoughts about them being on shelves this early? and more to the point, do we need them to be available all year round? We had our say on the topic in an editorial this week.
Enjoy your week everyone, and I hope to hear from you regarding those questions you have for our candidates.
