Dubbo and District Preschool is getting $15,000 to build a new fort and climbing space.
Dubbo West Preschool will spend its grant of $15,000 on a smart board.
They are among five preschools in the Dubbo electorate to share more than $60,000 in grants from the state government’s Quality Learning Environments program.
State Member for Dubbo Troy Grant said the grants would make a “big difference” to preschools in the region.

“In this round of Quality Learning Environments grants, funds have been allocated for specialised educational programs and practices like art classes, yoga or dance lessons, along with service enhancements such as playground renovations or new carpet,” he said.
Gulgong Preschool received $10,570 for a range of works including concrete paving to divide outdoor learning environments.
Mudgee Preschool will receive $14,930 to install security intercoms and vinyl flooring.
Its south Mudgee campus is getting $5890 for a new cover over its sandpit and a new rainwater tank.
