The Dubbo student, who attended Farrer MAHS, said he was thrilled with his HSC results, after achieving two band sixes in Agriculture and Industrial Tech Metal and high band fives in Biology, English (Advanced) and Mathematics.
“I am pretty excited about my results, I put in lots of work and heaps of study.
“I set myself a goal and achieved it, but I’m pleased it’s all over. I will miss my mates and the friendships I forged during the six years I was at Farrer. I am looking forward to the future and I will stay in contact with ‘my brothers’ I made at school.”
For the rest of the year Charlie is working at Apiam Animal Health in Dubbo hoping to save some money in preparation for tertiary study.
Charlie has already gained early entry into Charles Stuart University at Wagga Wagga to do an Ag Science course. He is hoping with his ATAR score that he may be successful obtaining a place in the Veterinary Science course at the university.
