Year 12 coordinator Diane Quade said this cohort was one of the the most compassionate and empathetic groups she had seen come through the school.
Ms Quade said she was confident about 70 per cent would pursue further study.
Alice Edmondson was among seven students got the top scores for the school, all of which achieved an ATAR of 90 or above.
Jack Schwager was the dux with an ATAR of 94.4. He was followed by Mitchell Bourne (94.25), Savannah McCarthy-Rooke (93.75), Mitchell Gough 93.10, Brittany Wilson (91.65) and Sasenie Jayanetty 91.55.
School leavers Greta Scullard and Jacob Taylor were among the top in the state for Industrial Technology Studies.
Sasenie Jayanetty said she felt really good about her result and 91.55 was much better than she expected.
Fellow student Brittany Wilson said she was surprised to receive 91.65 and plans to take a gap year to decide what to pursue at university.
2018 Dux Jack Schwager said he was hoping to study software engineering at the University of Sydney.
He said he was relieved to see his result. “It was a lot of work for four digits but it’s really good to be finished,” Mr Schwager said.
Mitchell Gough said he happy to have achieved 93.1, especially as he has already gained entry to a bachelor of advanced science with honours in physics.
