Zayden Berger’s winning entry in Dubbo MP Troy Grant’s 2018 Christmas card competition will be admired by people across NSW and possibly the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The St Augustine’s Parish School student in Narromine was among almost 400 entrants from across the Dubbo electorate.
“This year’s theme was a royal Christmas and the winning entry will appear on the cover of my card which will be sent out across the electorate and the state,” Mr Grant said.
“I will even send one to Kensington Palace to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.”
Second place was Connor Storey of Mudgee Public School, third place Heidi Williams of Geurie Public School and highly commended Maisie Stanley of St Augustine’s Parish School and Jasmine Davis of Geurie Public School.
Mr Grant thanked the entrants in the competition.
“I would like to thank each and every student who sent in an entry, their work was outstanding,” he said.
“The Christmas card competition has been a highlight for me every year during my time in politics, and this year was no different.”
