They're a working partnership at club level so Socceroos coach Graham Arnold must believe Hibernian winger Martin Boyle can get Jamie Maclaren scoring for the national team.

Boyle is in line to make his Socceroos debut after gaining his Australian passport in recent weeks, with the Socceroos to face Asian confederation heavyweights South Korea in a friendly in Brisbane on Saturday.
Former Brisbane Roar favourite Maclaren is expected to also be given a chance to prove himself at Suncorp Stadium.
Maclaren is yet to score for Australia in his six national team appearances but is understood to be the favourite for the centre forward spot against South Korea as the Socceroos try to find some goal-scoring solutions before January's Asian Cup defence in the UAE.
Boyle, 25, says he's developed a strong understanding with Maclaren following the striker's arrival at Scottish Premiership club Hibernian in January.
"Jamie came in last year and we bonded pretty quick. His movement in the box is deadly as I've ever seen," Boyle said.
"As long as I beat the opponent and get the ball in the box he's going to be there. The boss (Arnold) has seen that link and he really liked it, that attacking threat and the link up.
"The bond that we have hopefully that can be brought in here."
If the pair do play against South Korea, as well as fellow Hibs player Mark Milligan, it'll be the third time in Socceroos history three players from the same international club have been on the field at the same time for the national team.
Leeds trio Mark Viduka, Harry Kewell and Paul Okon all started in the Socceroos' famous 3-1 win over England in 2003 while Aurelio Vidmar, Hayden Foxe and Tony Popovic were all teammates at Japanese team Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 1999 when they featured for Australia against a World Stars XI in Sydney.
The Hibs trio are just three of several Australians plying their trade in Scotland.
Tom Rogic and the injured Daniel Arzani are at Celtic, Ryan Edwards is at St Mirren and Jesse Curran is currently at Dundee.
There are also two Australians at Hibs' cross-town Edinburgh rivals Hearts in Oliver Bozanic and Ben Garuccio.
Milligan said facing off against Bozanic and Garuccio in a recent Edinburgh derby had been a fun experience.
"That was a good old-fashioned battle that one," the 33-year-old said.
"There was five of us (Australians) so that was nice. That was a wonderful experience. The Edinburgh derby, I'd heard a lot about it, it definitely lived up to its reputation."
