The Macquarie Regional Library will again be hosting their annual book sale this month where thousands of pre-loved novels, plus magazines, DVDs and CDs will be available to purchase for discounted prices.
The huge book sale will be held in the Dubbo Library car park on Saturday, November 17.
Kathryn McAlister, Manager of Macquarie Regional Library said the book sale will offer a great opportunity for book lovers to grab a bargain.
“There will be thousands of pre-loved books including fiction, non-fiction, large-print, and children’s books, as well as a huge range of magazines, DVDs and CDs,” she said.
“There will also be some used computers available at bargain prices.”
Prices will start from as little as 25 cents and boxes will be provided for people to fill up with items.

Macquarie Regional Library’s, library services and collections coordinator Lindy Allan said previous sales have seen hundreds of people in attendance.
“It’s very popular so get here early to grab a bargain and fill up a box,” she said.
The Dubbo branch will be the only book sale within the whole Macquarie Regional Library area.
“People ring all year asking when the book sale will be on,” Ms Allan said.
The library’s book sale will run from 9am to 2pm, and all of the proceeds will go towards new library materials, programs and equipment.
