ALSO MAKING NEWS: Adjacent to the site are two extractive quarries. The southern distributor is also located on the southern boundary. Council will undertake consultation with the relevant State Government agencies, such as the NSW Office Environment and Heritage, to assess the potential impacts of future development of the site. Once a gateway determination is given by the Department of Planning and Environment, the plans for the latest Southlakes Estate release will be placed on public exhibition.
