Up to 435 additional dwellings could be created in Southlakes Estate under the developers’ new planning proposal.
Maas Group Family Properties wants to extend the existing estate to the west of the current area.
The subject land forms part of the South-East Urban release area. The plan is to amend the minimum lot size of 1.5 hectares to a range of no minimum lot size, 600-metres-squared, 800-meters-squared and 2000-meters-squared.
