A man has blown nearly five times the legal limit after rolling his car in Bourke.

About 10pm on monday, a Toyota Hilux was travelling south on Tancred Drive, Bourke, and was observed to be driving in an erratic manner.
Police were notified and attended, attempting to pull the vehicle over.
The driver failed to pull over, however no pursuit was initiated.

A short time later the vehicle left the road at the intersection of Sturt and Oxley Streets, rolling several times.
The 32-year-old male driver was uninjured. He was arrested and taken to Bourke Police Station where he was subject to a breath analysis.
The breath analysis allegedly returned a reading of .234.
He was charged with high range drink driving, drive manner dangerous, and fail to comply with request or signal to stop.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Bourke Local Court on Thursday, October 4.
