Data collected by the bureau since 1993 shows the average maximum temperature in the city in the month of September is 21.2 degrees and average minimum temperature six degrees. Its seven-day forecast as of Friday predicts an early morning and above-average temperature of nine degrees on Wednesday and eight degrees on Thursday.
