The 22-year-old Dubbo man was arrested outside Warren Local Court for a break and enter offence in Ravenswood on December 12 2017.
Police allege the accused broke into the premises and stole a number of electronic items.
The accused was taken to Warren Police Station and charged with break-and-enter and committing a serious indictable offence, entering land with intent to commit a serious indictable offence and larceny.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Warren Local Court on September 27.
