Member for Dubbo Troy Grant has announced the successful projects which includes $500,000 apiece for the development of Victoria Park and the amenities renewal at Apex Oval Junior Rugby League.
One million dollars will go to the Bastistells and Pavans Greenfield site development, near the Lady Cutler soccer complex.
“I congratulate Dubbo Regional Council and look forward to the local sports and community facility improvements that will make the region an even more attractive place to work and raise a family,” Mr Grant said.
The projects to get funding are:
- $350,000 for new cycle facility development
- $450,000 for Kennard Park amenities development
- $97,597 for Wellington Civic Centre upgrades
- $500,000 for Victoria Park redevelopment
- $350,000 for South Dubbo Oval amenities development
- $120,000 for William ‘Bill’ Ferguson Memorial
- $152,000 for Geurie Show Ground
- $500,000 for Apex Oval Junior Rugby League amenities renewal
- $1,000,000 for Bastistells and Pavans Greenfield site development
