Stuart House programs manager Skye Munro said she the event was to raise awareness of homelessness in Dubbo, Wellington and Narromine, as well as highlighting the services available. Working in the industry had opened her eyes to the region’s homelessness, she said.
Wednesday’s free event will included a petting zoo, a clothing pool for women and children in need, as well as DVDs and books for kids.
