For the second time the cafe will be participating in the CafeSmart fundraiser for homeless people.
Both Dubbo and Orange store locations will be decorated and the staff dressed in yellow to promote the fundraiser on Friday August 3.
One dollar from every coffee and every yellow cupcake sold will be donated to local homeless services.
Earlyrise Baking company retail operations manager Robert Bond said the cafe participated last year and raised approximately $600, and this year they hope to raise around $750. The event will continue as an annual tradition going forward.
“I think its important to recognise that there are homeless people outside of the big capital cities, CafeSmart puts money back into our direct area. That’s why we think its a great cause, it helps not only city areas but regional areas.
