A coordinated operation involving officers from Target Action Group, Crime Management Unit, Detectives and General Duties Police has resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old man wanted for a string of offences.

About 9.30am on Tuesday officers from the Orana Mid West Police District chased a male into a house in Rivergum Place, Dubbo.
Police surrounded the house before locating the offender hiding under a lounge.
The 35-year-old Dubbo man was arrested and returned to the Dubbo Police Station.
Police will allege the man stole property from a retail store in the Orana Mall on May 13, stole money from a Talbragar Street Business on June 22 and damaged property at a Rivergum street address on July 10.

It is further alleged that the man drove a motor vehicle at police responding to a domestic incident in Dubbo last night and continued to drive onto the incorrect side of the road on multiple occasions placing members of the public at significant risk.
The man was charged with three counts of stealing, malicious damage, drive whilst suspended and drive motor vehicle with menaces.
He was bail refused by police to appear at the Dubbo Local Court on Tuesday.
Police will continue to target persons engaged in property offences within the Orana Mid-West Police District
