National Exhibitions Touring Support Victoria, exhibitions coordinator Brenda Williams launched the exhibit on Nikou’s behalf. It will be available to the public until September 2.
The Adelaide-based artist, drew on surrealism to influence her work. She “transforms mundane domestic objects and materials into sculptures of humour and marvel”.
The exhibition was curated by Melissa Keys and Kendrah Morgan, features flattened fried eggs, made in bronze, which suggest the exhibition’s title, a e i o u.
