Dubbo residents will have the chance to support some rising stars at a mini athletics meet at Barden Park on Sunday.

Millie Gooch, Maya Piras and Brooke Galley were selected to take part in a 19-day Australian track and field tour of Canada.
The trio will depart Dubbo on Wednesday, June 27.
Sunday’s meet, which starts with warm-ups at 10am, will feature four events – one mile, 400 metres, 200m and 100m – with all of the events set to be handicapped based on age.
Entry is $10 per event, with prizes for the winners.
