Charles from Bathurst won both the Modern Piano Solo for 10 years and under and in the Piano Solo for Nine years and under.
The young pianist said he had been playing the piano for nearly four years. It was fun he said, but also hard work.
Despite performing in numerous eisteddfods in the region, Charles said he still got nervous.
“I just play and then when I get off stage I can relax,” he said.

Piano adjudicator Wendy Lorenz said the piano playing on Tuesday morning had been very enjoyable.
