The acting group – comprised of Temika Lee, Caitlin Vincent and Keisha Hamilton – were awarded the Carl and Freda Gibb Memorial Encouragement Trophy on Friday.
Despite being a person short, the Knight’s used their improvisation skills, and the help of another actor, to modify their performance at the last minute.
It was their improvisations skills which won them the trophy. Adjudicator Elizabeth Walsh said they had performed a fantastic scene.
The Year 9 students said their group had formed because they were in the same elective drama class. The Knight’s said they were sure they would be back to the eisteddfod next year.
