On Saturday night, Orana Highway Patrol were conducting stationary random breath testing on the western side of the LH Ford Bridge in Dubbo.
At about 11.15pm police saw a white sedan conduct a u-turn on the bridge in an attempt to avoid the RBT.
Police caught up to the vehicle in Macquarie Street and the 28-year-old Dubbo woman was breath tested. She returned a positive result.
The female was returned to the station and the breath analysis reading returned 0.126. Due to the high reading her licence was suspended and issued a Court Attendance Notice for Dubbo Local Court.
