Dubbo woman caught more than double blood alcohol limit

A driver has had her licence suspended after returning a breath analysis reading more than double the limit.

On Saturday night, Orana Highway Patrol were conducting stationary random breath testing on the western side of the LH Ford Bridge in Dubbo.

At about 11.15pm police saw a white sedan conduct a u-turn on the bridge in an attempt to avoid the RBT.

Police caught up to the vehicle in Macquarie Street and the 28-year-old Dubbo woman was breath tested. She returned a positive result.

The female was returned to the station and the breath analysis reading returned 0.126. Due to the high reading her licence was suspended and issued a Court Attendance Notice for Dubbo Local Court.
