It asks residents to identify priorities important to them and make suggestions on future government policy and community infrastructure projects.
“Opinions are no good if you keep them to yourself or only discuss them with your mates at the pub, in the coffee shop, or around the dining table at home,” Mr Grant said.
“This survey will only take a few minutes to complete and gives you the chance to actually let decision makers know what you think. That’s is why I am encouraging everyone to complete and return this survey.”
Mr Grant is seeking feedback on what he can do “to continue supporting the communities across the Dubbo electorate”.
“Only a small percentage of people ever make contact with their local MP,” he said.
“This survey gives you the chance to make your opinion known and identify what you believe the priorities for your area should be.
“To keep our region strong, we need to invest in the things that will help drive employment, support our well being and continue to make our area an attractive place to live, work and play.
“I am working closely with my ministerial and parliamentary colleagues to make sure new infrastructure and investment continues to come our way.”
Mr Grant said he would personally read each survey form returned and looked forward to hearing from his constituents.
The survey can be returned by mail free of charge, dropped into Mr Grant’s office at 18 Talbragar St in Dubbo, or emailed to dubbo@parliament.nsw.gov.au.
