The demolition of the building took a week, with the excavator completing the majority of the work seen on the grounds the week before.
The old Playmates Cottage and an accommodation facility for nurses were demolished earlier this month.
Workers are making way for stage four redevelopment of Dubbo Hospital, including the construction of a three-storey clinical tower and a new car park, which will sit where the George Hatch Building once stood.
Hansen Yuncken has won the tender for stage four redevelopment.
