Police investigating break and enters in the Dubbo area have charged a man and seized firearms and other weapons.

Officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District have been investigating a break-in at a Dubbo property on Sunday, May 13, as well as the pursuit of a Holden Statesman on Wednesday May 15.
About 12.45pm on Sunday, May 20, officers from Orana Mid-Western Target Action Group executed a search warrant at a home on Hopkins Parade.
Upon entering, two men were seen running from the home.
A man was arrested after a short foot pursuit and taken to Dubbo Police Station. The second could not be located.
During a search of the home, police located a Holden Statesman in the backyard along with several items, including three rifles, two hunting knives, ammunition, mobile phones, laptop computers and cannabis.
All items were seized and will undergo forensic examination.
The 37-year-old man was charged with possess prohibited drug, organises/conducts/assists drug premises, and breach of bail.
The man was refused bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court on Monday, May 21.
