The Lithgow Lazers currently sit in second place and have lost just two of their seven games but Dubbo are quietly confident about their chances at the Woolshed.
The Rams played the Lazers in Lithgow just a fortnight ago and identified it as a game they should have won, going down 91-73.
Last week Dubbo produced one of their best games of the year to beat Springwood 82-68 and now coach Bart Sykes is looking for his team to lift again.
They will be boosted by the return of Martin Iti, while Adam Ward and Steve Hall have shown fantastic form in recent weeks.
Sykes is hoping a large crowd will come out to the Woolshed and cheer on the team, as they hunt for a second win in a row and push for a finals berth.
Tip-off between the Rams and the Lazers is at 7pm on Saturday.
