While 123 Tix won the 2018 Business of the Year and Excellence in Small Business award, three others claimed prestigious wins and will be in the running for the state awards later in the year.
Samuel Shooter, the founder of SJ Shooter Real Estate claimed the Outstanding Young Entrepreneur award.

Channel 40 won the 2018 Startup Superstar, and The Westhaven Association was named 2018 Outstanding Employer of Choice.
Mr Shooter’s success in utilising technology in the real estate industry, including increasing housing sales and rentals secured him the young entrepreneur title.
“This win is a real credit to our team as our success is only possible with their outstanding and continuing contribution,” Mr Shooter said.
Channel 40 is an advanced freight management platform that has more than 7000 registered users, and assists freight owners and truck drivers with tracking loads, offering insurance and facilitating the payment transaction.
“Winning this award is a testament to our small and dedicated team’s hard work, and more so a privilege to represent regional NSW,” Channel 40 CEO Josh Mullens said.
Not-for-profit community group Westhaven were recognised for the their commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive workplace environment.
“Attracting amazing and caring staff to support people living with disability is critical to allow us to keep growing,” Westhaven Association CEO Christian Grieves said.
“This award is a testament to our truly wonderful staff and we look forward to more fabulous people joining us.”
