The ticketing business that provides solutions to the national and international event industry also won the Excellence in Small Business award in a successful night.
The director of 123 Tix Terry Wilcher said he and his staff were honoured by the recognition.
“Winning both awards is overwhelming,” Mr Wilcher said.
“We have had acceptance and strong support from the local business community that has flowed through to our humbling and unexpected growth.”
123 Tix had significantly exceeded the annual estimated growth of the industry, judges found, and implementation of sound financial practices, cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service had helped them to ensure triple-bottom line sustainability.
Western NSW Business Chamber Regional Manager, Vicki Seccombe congratulated the Dubbo company on their win.
She said the chamber would now follow the performance of 123 Tix and other winners at the NSW business awards.
“The 2018 Western NSW Regional Business Awards showcase the diverse array of talent in the region’s business community and this year’s winners should feel incredibly proud to be named as the region’s leading businesses for 2018,” Ms Seccombe said.
“123 Tix’s win highlights the strength and ingenuity of our business community in Western NSW and that hard work and belief in a vision can pay off.
“Last year the region dominated the NSW State Business awards with Sheri Carolan, Slater and Gordon, awarded Young Business Executive of the Year and Marathon Health taking out Employer of Choice.
“We look forward to seeing this year’s winners share their success stories and achieve recognition at the state level.”
The Western NSW Business Chamber represents local Chambers of Commerce including Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee, Lithgow, Wellington and Broken Hill.
“Through our annual awards program, the NSW Business Chamber seeks to celebrate business excellence by enabling our finalists and winners to share their success stories and lessons learned along the way,” Ms Seccombe said.
