A man has been charged following a fatal crash last month in the state’s west.

About 10.50am on Sunday, March 18, a multi-vehicle crash occurred on the Newell Highway, Mirrool, about 45km south of West Wyalong.
As a result of the crash the 60-year-old man driving a Colorado sustained serious injuries. He was airlifted to Canberra Hospital where he later died.
The 60-year-old male driver of the bus was uninjured, he was taken to West Wyalong Hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
Police from Murrumbidgee Police District commenced an investigation and on Saturday they charged a 60-year-old man.
He was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and cause bodily harm by misconduct in charge of a motor vehicle.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Griffith Local Court on June 13.
