Kids’ Bingo at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club, art workshops at the Western Plains Cultural Centre and lego animation at the Dubbo branch of the Macquarie Regional Library are all on the school holiday agenda.
Little animal lovers can also head to Taronga Western Plains Zoo to learn about mammals, reptiles and everything in between.
There’s also a full program of Youth Week activities across the local government area.
Skillset Youth Connect is helping to get people on the track to their dream career through their dream job on Tuesday, while Hump Day will be celebrated on Wednesday to encourage condom use for 15 to 29-year-olds. The long list of activities also includes meditation, the Family Fun O’lympics, a multisports round robin and Cinema Under the Stars.
More information on the 2018 Youth Week activities in Dubbo and Wellington can be found on the Dubbo Youth Facebook page.
