The Freemason Hotel Molong Stakes (318m) has drawn a cracking field, with the eight runners having won 157 races between them over the course of their distinguished careers.
Local trainer Charmaine Roberts holds a strong hand through veteran sprinters Baracca Keeping and Rodney Keeping, with the latter lining up for his 100th race start.
The duo will start alongside each other from boxes four and five, with Rodney Keeping having an outstanding record of seven wins from 10 starts when carrying the yellow rug.
The strong Cowra kennels of Pam and Paul Braddon are also represented through consistent duo Zeb’s Magic and Marbo’s Magic.
Zeb’s Magic ran a career-best time of 18.05s when winning from box two at the track last Thursday, while Marbo’s Magic will be chasing his first win since September 22 of last year when he starts out of his preferred box eight draw.
The Freemason Hotel Molong Stakes (318m) is race six on a strong 11-race card that gets underway at 7.04pm, with the last race scheduled to be run at 10.02pm.
