More than 70 finalists are vying to write their names in the history books of the Regional Australia Bank Rhino Awards, presented by Dubbo Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
On Friday night the city’s business community will turn out for its night of nights, dressed to the nines and hoping for success.
On Thursday chamber president Matt Wright and executive officer Toni Beatty were putting the finishing touches to the event to be held at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre.
More than 70 finalists have progressed through to contest one or more of the 18 Silver Rhino award categories.
The suspense will build to a crescendo before the Gold Rhino for Dubbo’s Most Outstanding Business is announced.
The chamber will also add to its Jean Emile Serisier Roll of Honour, an award that recognises an entrepreneur and inspiration to a new generation of business leaders.
