9.30am: A woman has been transported to Dubbo Hospital in a stable condition following a two-car crash near Narromine on Tuesday morning.
Paramedics were called to the intersection of the Mitchell Highway and High Park Road, four kilometres east of Narromine, about 8.25am following reports of a two-car collision.
The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was trapped for a time but was extricated from the vehicle and treated for suspected abdominal or back injuries.
Two other people were assessed by paramedics at the scene, but did not require further treatment.
Traffic is affected in all directions and motorists are urged to exercise caution.
