As valuable members of the Sales and Leasing team at Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo, Daniel and Rob assist prospective purchasers and tenants in the sale or leasing of retail, office and industrial properties currently listed by their agency.
Both Daniel and Rob have resided in Dubbo for a number of years now and are both well known in local business circles which ensures they remain up to date and knowledgeable as to commercial trends and events in the Dubbo market.
Daniel Wilson reports that the Commercial Leasing and Sales markets remain strong at the moment with activity continuing on what was a busy 2016.
“While the office leasing sector has been soft for much of the last two years, we have recently seen noticeable improvement in enquiry levels for office space late last year and in early 2017,” he said.
“Several existing businesses have relocated to exciting new premises and we have also seen some new entries to the Dubbo office scene. Our strongest sector through 2016 was the Industrial properties with good take up of many warehouses through the year.”
Rob Reardon said that the investor market remains strong in Dubbo when properties become available with several auction campaigns in the latter half of 2016 generating plenty of activity and seeing positive results for investors and sellers alike.
“This continued interest in the investment property market is buoyed by the continued low interest rates and the lack of investment properties coming on to the market. On the other hand, properties listed to be sold with vacant possession tend to be slower to shift but these have been eventually selling also.”
Andrew McDonald Commercial are also working through another strong auction campaign with the Red Rooster restaurant at 16 Cobra street stirring investors into action with the property set to go under the hammer at auction on Friday, March 30. The auction will be conducted at the Quest Conference Room in Bultje Street. Contact the Andrew McDonald team on 6884 3444.
