The free, monthly gig has rotated between the Macquarie Inn, the Amaroo Hotel and the Pastoral Hotel, and showcased live acts from a range of genres including metal, rock, blues and folk.
But Saturday evening's entertainment will kick off at 8pm with a group not usually associated with the pub scene.
"We've got the Red Earth Ukes - a bunch of people who, for a lot of them, it's the first instrument they've ever picked up," Mr Hosking said.
"That's something a bit different for us."
The ukes will be followed by the original acoustic stylings of local singer-songwriter Brandon Troutman and Sydney three-piece stomp-blues-rock band Hello Bones. Dubbo singer-songwriter David Graffin will round out the evening.
The variety of musos from across the region and further afield has seen Lust4Live appeal to an array of Dubbo fans and curious pub-goers since it was launched earlier this year.
"We've seen a big boost in our Facebook community and we've been able to see a large range of music come to Dubbo," Mr Hosking said.
"We've learnt a lot about what people want, the kind of music and the different musos that are in Dubbo.
"Just seeing how many people are interested in seeing live music here in Dubbo is awesome."
Mr Randell said it's now about building up a regular following, to keep Lust4Live going well into the new year.
"I think we've had a different crowd at every one, because we've had metal, the Bitter Sweethearts brought out a lot of younger people," Mr Randell said.
"There's a lot of people coming and going from Lust4Live events, so it's just knowing that it's on every month, it's free, and you get to see some local dudes as well."
