Between 11am and 6pm, residents of the region are invited to the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club to one of NSW's five national auditions of the hit show.
Australia's Got Talent, which has moved from Prime7 to the WIN Network in 2013, have said "there is no act too big or small, or too unusual".
The program will also be touring to Coffs Harbour, Albury, Newcastle and Sydney.
There have so far been three people from this region appear on the reality program which were Dubbo teacher Danielle Bentick and Aboriginal pole dancer Matty Shields from Walgett.
Coonabarabran resident Matt White competed as a rapper on the program in 2011.
