Healthscope's Victorian Rehabilitation group of hospitals comprises three standalone rehabilitation hospitals located across the Melbourne metropolitan region: Dorset Rehabilitation Centre (Pascoe Vale), North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre (Ivanhoe) and The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre (Glen Waverley). Our programs have a reputation for high quality and patient-focused care, across a range of rehabilitation specialties.

The Part - Time role is based at Glen Waverley with a presence as needed at the neighbouring sites (Pascoe Vale and Ivanhoe)

A challenging part - time Supply Coordinator position has become available for experienced candidates to oversee the strategic direction and hands on management of the supply department across the three rehabilitation hospitals.

As the Supply Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Effective management of Supply Department's human and financial resources to ensure positive clinical outcomes and operational goals
• Oversee supply team across the three hospitals
• Stock filling and stock rotation responsibilities
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure all suppliers provide best value and service in conjunction with the head office procurement team

Essential Criteria:

• Experience with a computerised purchasing system (i.e. Technology One)
• Advance IT literacy skills
• Strong adherence to process and structure
• Proven ability to implement cost saving measures
• Ability to work within constraints of a set financial budget
• Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Management and leadership experience within a supply department setting (desired)
• Knowledge of medical products (desired)
