About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Store Manager in Dubbo to join one of Australia's leading companies regarded by Australians as the experts in speciality Electronics and Home Appliances. Be a part of a team that's known for its customer service and great team culture.

To be successful we are after dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven Store Manager who will drive sales and treat this business as their own while supporting and leading their team to success!

Skills Required

  • Extensive sales management experience
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Wage and roster management
  • Understanding of budgets and KPI's
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A thirst for success and be commissioned driven!
  • The ability to think strategically, and identify missed opportunities
  • Highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising
  • Must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday
  • Background in Business Development or cold calling
  • Enthusiastic personality
