Senior Auditor

Your new role:
Experienced Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Auditor, you will be working closely with the Audit Partner and Director, you will be hands on with client engagements and field work across all aspects of our audits.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Audit planning
• Conducting audit testing
• Leading smaller audits
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Performing review work for junior colleagues
• Assisting with preparation of client reporting deliverables
• Liaising directly with clients

What you will need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will be CA qualified (or working towards) with recent external audit experience, and have the following key attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently liaise with both staff and clients
• Strong time management skills
• Proven attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Working knowledge of the Corporations Act, Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Auditing Standards and other relevant legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Experience with audit software CaseWare would be an advantage (but not essential)
