Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, including setting up of a People & Culture function within the organisation.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Providing advice and guidance in relation to performance management, ER, recruitment, remuneration (MERCER) and benefits.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.

The Successful Applicant

• A highly Capable, resilient and goal oriented HR Leader with previous experience in the Commercial industry.
• Thorough understanding of management, legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes.
• Must be people-oriented, managing +300 employees & working together with Sales teams and Sales managers.
• 3-5 Years experience in HR leadership role.
