Your new company
Our client specialises in remote area construction and have been operating in the Northern Territory for over 26 years. Due to ongoing housing contracts and strategic growth plans, they are currently looking for experienced carpenters to join their Remote Area Building team.

Your new role
The successful applicants will need to be motivated, interact with a culturally diverse construction team and be prepared to travel and work in remote communities throughout the Northern Territory on a variety of projects. This will be a 3 and 1 roster. All flights, accommodation and a vehicle will be provided whilst working remotely.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant trade certificates
• Mobile Plant competency (tickets are desirable)
• White card
• C Class drivers’ licence is a must (HR is preferable)
• A good work ethic and be able to work in a team environment
• Proven time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to prioritise and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of NT Government Standard Specification for Small Building Works and Remote Community Housing Schedules and Specifications is advantageous
• Ability to read scoping documentation and interpret project plans.
• Must have current COVID-19 vaccination certificate in line with CHO directions
