The boys will take the field before an anticipated packed crowd at Melbourne's Olympic Park.
Coach Craig May yesterday confirmed that the college would play Victorian champions Barellan College, Melbourne on June 18.
"The great part about this game is that Melbourne Storm will be footing the bill for us to fly down and we will play the game prior to their National Rugby League clash with Penrith Panthers," May said.
"The boys are obviously very excited about the game and on the night they will get the chance to meet the NRL players, use the same facilities and stay on and watch their game.
"The game is scheduled for a 5.30pm start which suggests it will be the main preliminary game.
"This is very exciting for Dubbo Senior College and for the players who have played so well to earn the game.
"The offer to play in Melbourne came out of the blue.
"We had been involved with talks with Barellan College about finding a venue to play the game, one that wouldn't be too taxing on us having to travel long distances.
"Then the Storm came through with this offer to play at Olympic Park, so it can't come quick enough.
"The whole team is now gripped with great excitement at this great opportunity given to them.
"The Melbourne Storm and Victoria Rugby League cannot be thanked enough for giving the boys from Dubbo College this opportunity as they are picking up the bill for transport and accommodation for all the players and coaching staff."
Dubbo College has progressed into the next round of the Arrive Alive Cup after a courageous 18-12 win against Yanco Agricultural High School in the NSW final.
The Arrive Alive Cup is a competition involving public and private schools from the ACT, NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
After a strong 34-16 win over Red Bend Catholic College Dubbo took out the Western Area championship.
This put them into the next round against Riverina champions Yanco. Unfortunately illness, injury, State CHS rugby championships and player unavailability meant Dubbo went into the match missing 10 players from the previous match.
The starting 13 were very youthful with eight players only 15 years old.
These included Ben Bruce, John Grey, Brad Marks, Brock Dunn, Ben Joseph, Scott Hukins, Andrew Madden and Matt Harris.
However these youngsters played above themselves to record a gripping 18-12 win.
Yanco had a decided size and weight advantage over Dubbo and tried to dominate with physical intimidation.
In a performance where all the 17 players in the team were to be commended, the efforts of Blake Dunn and Mitch Griffith were outstanding. For both boys, it was their ninth rugby league game in 15 days.
Griffith was dangerous every time he touched the ball while Dunn was physically exhausted at the end of the match.
Luke Dawson at fullback was strong, and his take of the last bomb of the clash was match-saving.
Halfback Wes Middleton was also a standout with a magnificent kicking game and solid defence.
Prop Andrew Madden, despite being outweighed by 25kg to his opposite, was outstanding in both attack and defence and played the game without being interchanged.
