Tomorrow night promises to provide some spectacular racing when the NSW modified production and NSW GP midget titles will be decided.
These great events will be supported by the awesome V8 super sedans and junior sedans.
The modified production title will be fought out by 30 of the best drivers on the east coast of Australia.
Drivers have come from as far away as Caboolture in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia to try to get their hands on the NSW title.
However, this State's finest drivers will be keen to bring title back home to NSW this year after Queenslander Brian Learoyd was successful at Gilgandra in 2004.
Learoyd is among the entries again and his main rival will be current Australian champion and fellow Queenslander Peter Lack.
Lack lost his NSW title to Learoyd in last year's championship and will be keen to go one better this time around.
Other NSW drivers, Greg Worling, Jason Jolley, Wayne Carter and Broken Hill's Jeremy McClure will pose the strongest threat to the Queenslanders.
Local drivers will be led by Dave Bennett from Trangie who is currently placed fifth in NSW.
Orange's Don Tudor is the NSW No 8 and Narromine ace Mick O'Hara will also go into this weekend as strong top 10 prospects.
Other locals, Terry Board and Troy Barnes will make their first big race appearances this weekend.
The GP midgets will also be fighting for a State title tomorrow night.
These awesome little open-wheeled race cars are powered by 500cc motorcycle engines but with an amazing power
to weight ratio they can get to high
speeds around the 550m Dubbo Speedway track.
The current NSW champion Jason Coulton and Victorian ace Dennis Meyers will be here but these guys will have to withstand some strong competition from the rest of the pack if they are to have
success.
