The match started late after heavy rainfall
the evening before, but that didn't stop Narromine from belting 241 before bowling Pilliga out for 112 in 43 overs.
Narromine plays Upper Hunter at Gilgandra in today's semi-final for a chance to play in tomorrow's final under lights at No 1 Oval.
Narromine was best served by Greg Kerr who top scored with 63 while Col Taylor made 51, Luke Coen 25 and Jon O'Mally 25.
Les Thurston and Peter Blattman were the pick of Pillaga's bowlers, taking three wickets each.
Walsh showed them all up, however, to finish with 4-28 while Craig Duff took 3-34 as the visitors limped past 100.
Chris Hartman made 25 for Pilliga while
Bill Lees (18), Matt Gilmore (15) and Steve Price (12) were the side's only batsmen to reach double figures.
Narromine's victory capped a great day for the western sides in the plate and cup.
Narromine was joined in the semi-finals by Condobolin who beat Highlands at Wellington while Parkes is through to the quarter-finals of the cup.
Condobolin posted 8-224 and put in a great effort in the field to restrict Highlands to 207.
It was a solid team effort with the bat with Craig Venables making 31, Shane Davis 32
and Trent Malouf 28 while Malouf took
two wickets and his younger brother Grant took four.
"It was a great effort all round and I was really happy with how everything went," Trent Malouf said.
"We've got quite a few young fellows in the team and they were excellent in the field in keeping the talk up and we supported our bowlers really well.
"I would have liked another 20 or 30 with
the bat to put about
250 on the board, but what we had was good enough.
"We're pretty keen to be honest even though we don't know a thing about who we're going up against."
