South campus student Matthew Aird took gold in the boys' 14-years javelin with a 51.07m throw and also created a new NSW CHS record.
The college had 50 representatives from its three campuses at the carnival that attracted the cream of track and field.
From these representatives, six different students obtained seven medals and are now eligible for NSW All Schools carnival at Homebush in mid-October.
As well, a number of other students qualified for finals and finished in the top six of competitors in their events.
Kady Brown from South campus won her medals in the girls' 13-years age group. Kady's gold medal was achieved in the long jump with a 5.66m jump and came on her fourth attempt. She finished in front of Kirstie Xuereb from Endeavour Sports High.
Kady took silver in the 100m sprint with a 13.01 seconds run. Eloise Graf (Macksville High) won the gold medal in a time of 12.80secs.
Luke Dawson (senior campus) won gold in the 16-years javelin with a 55.43m throw and was three metres further than Dean Anderson from Corrimal High.
Luke also finished 10th in the 200m, 11th in long jump and 14th in the 100m.
David Nicholls (Delroy campus) achieved a throw of 13.90m for a bronze medal in the 14-years shot-put, an event won by Jake Mendes from St Johns Park High with 15.12m.
David also finished fourth in the 14-years discus with a 45.82m throw.
Luke Griffiths (South campus) jumped a personal best of 1.74m (10cm better than his previous best) to bring home bronze in the 14-years high jump.
Luke was also 12th in the 14-years boys' long jump.
Adam Quill (South Campus) finished with bronze after a 49.06m throw in the 15-years boys' javelin. He was just behind Luke Slade (Quirindi High) who won gold with a 5l.73m throw.
