Roos prop Gerald Webster said Tink had made it clear that he wanted to dominate the rucks and mauls, tackle relentlessly and throw his 140kg frame into the green wall at Orange's Endeavour Oval.
"Emus have been very good at dominating the rucks and mauls in the past and allowing their big men to go forward," Webster said.
"But with the likes of Lee Perchtold and Dean Mathews we should be able to match them there and get our guys going forward.
"I know Brad Tink has made it a personal vendetta to get one over Jamo. He's about 140 kilos and he wants to be running over blokes, making more tackles and making more hit-ups. He's set for a huge game."
The Roos haven't made any changes to the side that won a thrilling preliminary semi over Narromine at Apex Oval on Sunday.
Matt Leach will have the goal kicking duties again after a flawless performance that included the match winner, and Angus Kelly will sit on the bench and be used only if needed.
John Lindsay will wear No 7 and be one of two key targets in the line-out.
"Obviously training has been a bit disrupted this week with the rain, so we just spent a bit of time in the gym and had a talk," Webster said.
"We've got some good combinations in the line-out with Robbie Elliott jumping and John Lindsay as well.
"It's not hard to upset a line-out and we'll be looking at getting in Emus' faces trying to unsettle them.
"It wasn't that long ago that we played Emus so that game is pretty fresh in our minds and it really came down to goal kicking.
"We've got Leachey there now kicking goals so that shouldn't be a problem, but we'll be looking at dominating in the forwards and hopefully we can apply some pressure and score some tries."
The winner will progress to a finals showdown, likely to be played at Bathurst, against the loser of tomorrow's major semi between Charles Sturt University and Bathurst Bulldogs.
The winner of that game will progress to the grand final.
