The three-day tournament is being played for the first time at the new Paramount City Complex in Wingewarra Street which now boasts 12 courts to complement the five already operated by the club in Bultje Street.
Singles and doubles were played on Monday and Tuesday and this morning's tennis will feature mixed events for players 10 years up to 16s.
Paramount members Pip Taylor, Clare Bernasconi and Alan Armstrong have each played extremely well and have carried off singles and doubles successes.
Pip won the 10 years girls' singles round robin from Lucy Samuels (Paramount) while she then combined with Laura Amstrong to claim the doubles from Lucy and Courtney Mahon (Canberra).
Clare Bernasconi is also one of the up-and-coming young champions in Dubbo tennis and won the 12 years girls' singles from Edwina Samuels (Paramount).
In the doubles, Clare played with Grace Wiegold and they won from Amy Wills and George Quigley, from Warren club.
Alan Armstrong's quality tennis over the two days was rewarded with success in the 16 singles and in the doubles when he was partnered by Tim Connolly.
Alan beat Tom Laudenbach from Canberra in the singles while Tom was also runner-up in the doubles with Ben O'Donnell.
Other singles winners were Michael Lewin, Jack Wells and Kate Wells from Paramount, as well as Hannah Grady and Jayden Gardner from Orange.
The 12-years boys' singles created a lot of interest with four pools of seven before Jack Wells came out on top of Marcus Laudenbach from Canberra.
Tournament director Karen Armstrong said it had been a huge success with more than 130 players involved, a number just slightly up from last year.
"We now have the courts to cater for big numbers and look to expand the tournament in the future," she said yesterday.
"We had our official opening yesterday and now with 17 courts at our two centres, we believe we have invested in the future of tennis in Dubbo.
"Already the numbers are on the rise in Dubbo and so is the standard which has been demonstrated over the past two days in singles and doubles events.
"The mixed doubles will wrap up the tournament tomorrow morning (Wednesday) and with presentations to all the winners hopefully over by about 1.30pm."
