The Dubbo Polocrosse Club has taken out the mixed A grade division at its annual carnival at Rawsonville.

A total of 22 teams from across the State attended the championships with representatives from Sydney, Lake George, Harden, Hall, Lightning Ridge, Singleton and Merriwa as well as many local clubs taking part.
The weather was amazing and with an accident-free weekend everyone had a great time.
Sydney were victors in the A grade open division defeating both the local Mendooran club and Harden on the way with Harden finishing runners-up.
Host club Dubbo was convincing in all matches to take out the A grade mixed competition after an emphatic win against Gulgong.
Dubbo were also successful in winning the three individual prizes.
Best No 1: Wendy Barlow, who has just returned from Darwin and has been selected in the Australian team to compete at the world cup at Warwick in March and April next year.
Best No 2: David Wright, Dubbo.
Best No 3: Morris Donnelly, who has just returned from the Australian National Championships at Darwin were he represented NSW.
Champion woman player: Wendy Barlow.
Champion male player: Jamie Grimmond, Dubbo, who has also just returned from the national championships at Darwin.
Champion A grade horse and champion horse of the carnival: Skye Bradford from the Warren club, also a state and Australian representative.
Lake George were successful in taking out the B grade mixed competition after defeating host club Dubbo narrowly.
Individual awards in B grade:
Best No 1: Robert Sibley, Lake George. Sibley has also just returned from the Australian National Championships at Darwin.
Best No 2: Ashlie Mathie, Dubbo. Mathie has also just returned from the Australian National Championships at Darwin.
Best No 3: Greg Davidge, Lake George. Davidge has also just returned from the Australian National Championships at Darwin and has been selected to represent Australia in the world cup series at Warwick.
Champion B grade horse: Greg Davidge.
Lightning Ridge was successful in winning the C grade open division, finishing in front of Dubbo who had to settle for the runners-up trophy.
Best No 1: Neville Dawson, Lightning Ridge.
Best No 3: Fran Grey, Dubbo.
Champion C grade horse: Neville Dawson.
The junior competition was taken out by Dubbo who was undefeated.
The junior encouragement award, donated by Pencraft Dubbo, was awarded to Courtney Old from Sydney.
The carnival hosted a total of 15 State and Australian representatives.
Dubbo put three teams on the paddock along with three sub-juniors.
Dubbo mixed A grade: Wendy Barlow, Sandra Grimmond, Jane Campbell, Jamie Grimmond, David Wright, Morris Donnelly.
Dubbo mixed B grade: Wendy Barlow, Cindy Donnelly, Alison Mathie, Angus Stuart, Ashlie Mathie, Graham Thornberry.
Dubbo open: Jo Fulwood, Fran Grey, John McMaster, Shaun McMaster, Michael Scarr, Rambo.
Sub-juniors: Jordan Harris, Sharna McMaster, Cory Harris.
Dubbo will be represented at the Gulgong carnival this weekend.
